Macaroni Cheese
      
8 oz.      Rizopia rice pasta elbows
1/2 cup   Milk
1 tbsp.    Butter
200g      Shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices   Processed cheese slices

1) Prepare rice pasta according to package instructions.
2) Add milk, butter and processed cheddar cheese into a large microwaveable bowl. 
    Cook 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts. Stir until it is well-mixed.
3) In another large microwaveable container, add one layer of pasta. Sprinkle the 
    shredded cheddar cheese evenly on the surface. (add diced vegetables if desired.)
4) Pour the contents of the first container into the second and cook in micowave for 
    approximately 4 minutes. Let it stand for 1 minute before serving.
